Welcome to Green Class – 2026/27
Hello From Miss Anstee
My name is Miss Anstee and I will be starting my third year as a teacher in September! I thoroughly enjoyed teaching at Hawkhurst last year and I am incredibly excited to be teaching year 4 again. I love helping children achieve fantastic things, stepping outside their comfort zones and applying an enthusiastic 'can do' attitude to their learning. I especially enjoy teaching Maths, Art, Geography and Science, so expect lots of fun experiments and investigations! Outside of school, I enjoy building Lego, going on nature walks and spending time outdoors- especially by the coast! I also travel up to Yorkshire regularly to visit my family, friends and my three dogs: Thor, Loki and Bella. We will be exploring some terrific topics this year including The Romans, Ancient Maya, Rivers and Sound. We are very lucky to be joined by Mrs Deacon and Mrs McIlwraith (1-1) this year.
PE will be on Friday afternoon each week.

Spelling homework is sent home on Mondays, to be returned on Fridays ahead of a spelling test
